With the Vision Insurance, members have the option of obtaining services from a nationwide network of participating eye care professionals, consisting of optometrists, ophthalmologists, and opticians who deliver quality patient care. From eye exams to laser eye surgery, these professionals meet the evolving needs of our members.
- $0 Co-Pay on Eye Exams- pay $0 for eye exams when utilizing a participating network provider. Limit of one annually for each member. When visiting out-of-network providers, the maximum covered expense towards an eye exam is $47.00.
- When utilizing a Participating Network Provider, you can save:
- Up to 20% on frames, lenses and other materials including: UV Coating, Standard Scratch Resistance, Standard Polycarbonate, Standard Anti-reflective and Tinting:
- Up to 15% savings on Contact Lenses
- Up to 25% savings on Laser Vision Surgery
- Up to 20% savings on Add-ons and Services
Please note that the prices and savings will vary by provider and the actual products and services purchased. Discounts are based off of the usual fees and are applicable with participating network providers only. Discounts apply only when patients are eligible for a participating network eye exam.
